The challenge
An enterprise platform from scratch in 12 weeks
Axzon needed a comprehensive enterprise platform to manage their Austin operations. The scope included multi-tenant access control, real-time data processing, AI-powered document workflows, and integrated billing — all delivered on an aggressive timeline.
Previous attempts with larger agencies had stalled. They needed a team that could move fast without sacrificing architecture quality.
Our approach
Serverless-first, AI-native from day one
We proposed a serverless AWS architecture using Lambda and DynamoDB at the core, with Convex handling real-time data synchronization across the platform. Claude AI was integrated directly into the document processing pipeline.
Clerk handled authentication and multi-tenancy, Stripe managed billing, and the entire platform deployed through a CI/CD pipeline to Vercel and AWS.
